ク式水性?−ルペンにおいては筆記体を本体に入れずに
別にアルミのホイール等で包装したものとして添付して
販売しているので、消費者は購入段階で゛試し書き″が
できない−また・インキを乾燥しにくいものとするので
書き味が劣る等の問題点を有していた。また後者には、
やはり最近になって市販され出した回転式水性ゴールイ
ン(その代表的なものは実開昭59−82790号公報
参照)があるが、これは部品点数が多く組立ても大変で
あり非常に高価なものとなる・その上シール性が必ずし
も良くないので、ノック式水性ゲールペン同様、筆記体
を本体に入れずに別にアルミのホイール等で包装したも
のとして販売しなければならない等の問題点があった。
