Conventional technology Generally, this type of switch is buried in the insulating wall inside the refrigerator in order to prevent an explosion caused by an arc at the switch when the door is opened or closed in the event of a gas leak in the kitchen, etc. It is. On the other hand, in order to save energy, the heat insulating material for refrigerators is generally made of polyurethane foam, which has a high heat insulating property, and is filled in the inner and outer casings and the doors thereof by integral foaming.

That is, as shown in FIG. 1, in a conventional general refrigerator, a foam insulation material 2 is filled between an outer box 1a and an inner box 1b of a refrigerator main body 1, and a door 3 filled with the foam insulation material 2 is opened in the direction of the arrow. When the refrigerator body 1 is opened and closed, a push button 4a of a door switch 4 provided in the foamed heat insulating material 2 of the refrigerator body 1 is pressed to open and close the door switch. The door switch 4 is attached to the heat insulating material side of the inner box 1b.

Therefore, when integrally foaming the foamed heat insulating material 2, if the door switch 4 is attached to the inner box 1b first, the foaming jig outer frame 23 and the foaming jig core 24 will be separated as shown in FIG. In order to store the box combined with the outer box 1a and the inner box 1b, the door switch 4 is
In order to release the protrusion of the push button 4a, a foam jig core 23 is used.
In this case, when the foamed heat insulating material 2 is filled between the outer box 1a and the inner box 1b, the foaming pressure will cause the recess 25 to escape from this part.
Since the inner box 1b facing the inner box 1b cannot be directly received by the foaming jig core 24, it may deform and the finish may deteriorate, or when attaching a shelf member (not shown), etc. to the inner box 1b, ensure proper dimensions. becomes difficult.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Therefore, it is necessary to integrally foam and inject the foam heat insulating material 2 with the door switch 4 removed. In such a case, the door switch 4 will be replaced with the inner box 1b later.
Therefore, in order to secure the mounting recess 5, it is necessary to provide a switch cover 5a that can withstand the foaming pressure of the insulation material in the inner box 1b, and to introduce the switch connection lead wire l into the inner box 1b. There is. Further, when inserting the door switch 4, it is necessary to scrape out the lead wire l from inside the switch cover 5a and connect it, and then insert the door switch 4 while re-inserting the lead wire l inside the switch cover 5a.

As described above, in the conventional example, a large number of man-hours are required for installing the door switch, and a separate switch cover is required in the heat insulating wall. Furthermore, the installation of the switch cover had the disadvantage that the heat insulation locally deteriorated in this area.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has been developed so that the foam insulation material can be filled with the switch attached without creating a recess in the foam jig core to allow the door switch push button to escape, making it easier to insert the door switch. It provides door switches for refrigerators, etc.

On the other hand, the push button 8 is provided with a small protrusion 14 on the surface facing the spring plate 11 and a large protrusion 15 above this. When the push button 8 is pushed in against the spring 10, the spring plate 11,
The first and second inclined surfaces 11a and 11b are successively bent outward by a small protrusion 14 and a large protrusion 15. That is, FIGS. 3 to 6 sequentially schematically illustrate the operation relationship between the push button 8 and the spring plate 11. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the push button 8 has begun to be pushed in the direction of the arrow from the position shown in FIG. Next, FIG. 4 shows a state in which the small protrusion 14 of the push button 8 is further pushed in while sliding on the first inclined surface 11a of the spring plate 11. Next, FIG. 6 shows the state when the push button 8 is pushed in until the head of the push button 8 is flush with the outer surface of the main body case 7, and at this time, the small protrusion 14 of the push button 8 touches the tip of the spring plate 11. On the other hand, the spring plate 11 attempts to return to the state shown in FIG.
At this time, the small protrusion 14 of the push button 8, which is trying to return upward by the spring 10, is locked to the tip of the spring plate 11, and is maintained in the state shown in FIG. 5. Furthermore, the large protrusion 15 at this time is the second part of the spring plate 11.
It is only in contact with the inclined surface 11b. When the push button 8 is pushed in further from the state shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, the spring plate 11 rides over the small protrusion 13 provided on the main body case 7 while slightly deforming it, thereby releasing the lock of the small protrusion 14 of the push button 8 by the spring plate 11. On the contrary, the spring plate 11 then hits the locking part 13 from the main body case 7 and is locked so that it does not return as shown in FIG. becomes the action of

In this way, the push button 8 is locked at approximately the same position as the outer surface of the main body case 7 by the locking means consisting of the small protrusion 14 and the spring plate 11, and the large protrusion 15, the second inclined surface 11b of the spring plate 11, and the Stop part 13

In addition, a normal contact opening/closing mechanism as a door switch will be explained. The push button 8 is provided with a pressing portion 8a that rotationally drives a cam 17 inserted into a pin 16 protruding from the case body, and as the push button 8 moves up and down, the cam 17 is rotated clockwise and counterclockwise. The holding position of the sliding piece of the cam 17 cut and raised from the plate 18 is moved to open and close the space between the fixed contact pieces plates 19 and 20, which also serve as the fulcrum member of the contact plate 18.

The switch formed as described above is brought into a locked state by pushing the push button 8 almost flush with the outer surface of the main body case 7, that is, the state shown in FIG. 5, and then connecting the lead wire l to the fixed contact plates 19 and 20. Inner box 1
The inner box 1b and the outer box 1a are assembled by inserting the inner box 1b into the mounting hole 22 of the inner box 1b and covering it with a flexible sheet 21 such as soft urethane foam to prevent the foamed heat insulating material 2 from leaking.

Then, the box body assembled with the inner box 1b and the outer box 1b is stored between the foaming jig outer frame 23 and the foaming jig core 26 shown in FIG. 8, and a foamed heat insulating material is filled between the inner and outer boxes. In this case, since the push button 8 of the door switch 6 is housed in the switch body as shown in FIG. There is no need for the recess 25 which serves as an escape, and therefore the foamed heat insulating material 2 can be filled without deformation of the inner box 1b due to the foaming pressure. After filling the insulation material, the refrigerator body 1 is removed from the foaming jig, and the door switch 6 is unlocked by simply pushing the push button 8 further into the switch body surface as shown in FIG. The normal functioning state is restored as shown in FIG.

Effects of the device As described above, with this device, the push button is pressed nearly flush with the outer surface of the main case and locked in that position, making it possible to insert the core jig when foaming the insulation material with the door switch attached to the side wall of the inner box.
Moreover, in this case, there is no need to provide a recess in the core jig for the push button, and deformation of the inner box due to foaming pressure is prevented. And since the door switch can be attached to the inner box in advance, the lead wires can be connected in advance, simplifying the process.

In addition, the switch cover to prevent insulation material leakage as shown in the conventional example is no longer necessary, and instead only a flexible material such as soft urethane foam needs to be pasted. can be reduced and insulation properties can be improved. Furthermore, as in the conventional case, after foaming the insulation material, pull out the lead wires from inside the switch cover, connect them, and then insert the switch into the switch cover while placing the lead wires in the switch cover again, which greatly reduces the difficult work of wiring. be done.
