[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a cleaning agent for adhesives that removes adhesives remaining on the adhesive surface of stickers, stickers, etc. after peeling them off. [Prior art] Conventionally, after removing stickers, stickers, etc., the method of cleaning the sticky material remaining on the adhesive surface was to wipe it off using a general detergent or a solvent such as alcohol. . [Problem to be solved by the invention] However, because general detergents have weak solubility, they cannot completely remove residual adhesives from stickers, stickers, and other items that use natural rubber adhesives. . Further, when a highly soluble solvent such as toluene is used, residual adhesives of natural rubber can be removed, but there is a problem in that the adhesive surfaces of stickers, stickers, etc. are severely damaged. An object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning agent for adhesives that can remove adhesives remaining on the adhesive surface without damaging the adhesive surface after peeling off stickers, stickers, etc. [Means for solving the problem] The applicant has proposed that when cleaning and removing residual sticky substances made of natural rubber such as stickers, stickers, etc.
Various studies were conducted on water-based cleaning agents whose main components are 1,1,2-trichloro-1,2,2-trifluoroethane (hereinafter referred to as refrigerant R-113), isopropyl alcohol, water, and fluorine-based surfactants. I went. When this cleaning agent is applied as a liquid to the adhesive surface, there is no problem at all, but when it is stored in a can or as an aerosol in a can, the cleaning agent's strength, penetrating ability, and synergistic effect with water may cause problems. , problems such as tin plating and corrosion of the can arose. Therefore, as a result of intensive research into a cleaning agent that would not cause corrosion of the plated surface while achieving the above-mentioned purpose of the invention, it was found that a non-aqueous cleaning agent that uses polyglycols that are liquid at room temperature instead of water is effective. I discovered something. The present invention was made based on such findings, and is based on the knowledge that 1,1,2-trichloro-1,
A solvent containing 40-45% by volume of 2,2-trifluoroethane, 40-45% by volume of isopropyl alcohol, and 10-20% by volume of polyethylene glycol, and a fluorine-based surfactant C 8 F 17 SO 2 N (C 3H7 )
It is characterized by containing 0.045 to 0.055% by weight of CH 2 COOK. In the present invention, refrigerant R-113, isopropyl alcohol, polyglycols that are liquid at room temperature, and a fluorine-based surfactant are essential components. Therefore, it is possible to contain other components other than these essential components, but since the cleaning agent must be non-aqueous, the other components other than the above-mentioned essential components may also be other than water. . Refrigerant R-113 is contained in the cleaning agent at 40 to 45% by volume, isopropyl alcohol is contained in 40 to 45% by volume, polyglycols that are liquid at room temperature are contained in 10 to 20% by volume, and fluorine surfactants are contained in 0.045 to 0.055% by weight. It is desirable that it be included. A sufficient effect cannot be obtained from each of the above components in amounts outside the respective content ranges. Among polyglycols that are liquid at room temperature, especially polyethylene glycol (average molecular weight 190-210)
is desirable, and as a fluorine-based surfactant,
C8F17SO2N ( C3H7 ) CH2COOK may be mentioned as an example. [Example] Natural rubber glue dissolved in toluene was uniformly applied to a glass plate, a steel plate, and an acrylic resin coated plate to a size of 10 cm x 10 cm. After leaving it indoors for 3 days, the adhesive became completely hard.
When it becomes solid, water, ethyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, refrigerant R-113,
5 ml of each of polyethylene glycol, comparative detergent, and the product of the present invention were sprayed onto the surface, wiped off with a paper towel, and the state of the adhesive material coming off was judged according to the following criteria. ◎: The sticky substance completely falls off within 1 minute. ○: The sticky substance completely falls off within 1 to 5 minutes. △: The sticky substance completely falls off after 5 minutes or more. ×: The sticky substance completely falls off after 5 minutes or more. The results are shown in Table 1 below.

結果は表2に示す通りである。[Table] In Table 1, the compositions of the comparative cleaning agent and the product of the present invention are as follows. Comparative cleaning agent A water-based cleaning agent mainly composed of refrigerant R-113, isopropyl alcohol, water, and a fluorine-based surfactant Invention refrigerant R-113: 42% by volume Isopropyl alcohol: 43% by volume Polyethylene glycol (average molecular weight 190~

An iron plate or a tin-plated iron plate was placed inside, and the state of rust generation was judged after 2 and 6 weeks according to the following criteria. ◎: No rust generated at all △: Rusted partially ×: Unraveled and rusted all over the surface The results are shown in Table 2.

As is clear from the above results, according to the present invention, by mixing the refrigerant R-113 with three types of solvents, isopropyl alcohol and polyglycols that are liquid at room temperature, it is possible to remove residual adhesive after peeling off stickers and stickers. It is effective in removing and cleaning residual sticky substances because it increases the removal and cleaning ability and also increases the permeability by incorporating a fluorine-based surfactant.
Furthermore, it does not damage the surfaces to which stickers and stickers have been pasted, and there is no risk of corrosion of tinned iron plates or the like during long-term storage.
