Claims (1)
軸心に対して、吸入口及び吐出口を有するシリン
ダを偏心させて配置し、かつ前記ロータに設けた
溝にベーンを装着するとともに、前記シリンダの
開口端面をサイドカバーで閉塞してなるベーンポ
ンプにおいて、前記駆動モータ本体及びサイドカ
バーの端面と摺動するロータの両端面部に動圧用
