、ひずみゲージが添着されたダイアフラムおよび
このダイアフラムの周縁部を支持するケーシング
部より形成された圧力変換器と、この圧力変換器
のケーシング部を支持する本体部と、前記ケーシ
ング部より充分大きな外形を有し、前記本体部に
対向するように配設され被測定対象から圧力また
は荷重を受ける受圧板と、２つの偏平な円弧面状
部を有し該円弧面状部同士または該各円弧面状部
