Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) オイルクーラの中心孔を貫通しかつ環状突
起を有するコネクタパイプにより前記オイルクー
ラに隣接してオイルフイルタを取付け、前記オイ
ルクーラを形成するプレートに折曲げ部を形成し
、前記コネクタパイプの環状突起とプレートの折
曲げ部とを対向して配置した接合部を形成し、前
記オイルフイルタから戻るオイルを冷却するオイ
ルクーラにおいて、前記コネクタパイプを前記オ
イルクーラの中心孔へ挿入する方向にかつ一定角
度傾斜して前記プレートの折曲げ部を形成し、該
プレート自身の弾性力により、前記コネクタパイ
プの環状突起に対し、前記プレートの折曲げ部を
弾性的に押圧したことを特徴とするオイルクーラ
。 (2) 前記コネクタパイプの環状突起は、前記折
曲げ部によつて形成される孔に挿入する先端に向
かつて直径が徐々に減少するテーパ形状を有する
実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のオイルク
ーラ。 (3) 前記プレートの折曲げ部と前記コネクタパ
イプの中心軸との角度θは、θ＝０．３°〜４５
