示すように、前記の締付ねじ6に取付けられた連
結体8と、該連結体8の内筒部に嵌挿される案内
軸9および該連結体8の外径部に嵌挿される案内
筒10の各端部を一端面部に連結した連結板11
と、該連結板11の他端面に取付けられた砥石台
12と、該砥石台12に取付けたピン13により
枢支されるL形のレバー15と、該レバー15の
下辺部15′を常時下方に弾発するように砥石台
12の内腔部に嵌装されたばね14と、レバー1
5の下辺部15′の下側に取付けられる砥石押え
16と、前記砥石台12の下方に設けた挿込溝1
7に横方向に支持されて該挿込溝17の内底面に
張付けたゴム板17′と砥石押え16との間に挟
圧される目立て砥石18と、前記の連結板11に
先端が連結されたピストンロツド19を作動させ
るために連結体8に固定した流体圧のシリンダ2

石18はレバー15をピン13を支点としてばね
14に抗し時計方向に回動させることにより砥石
押え16の押圧を解かれて砥石台12から取除き
交換することができ、また、レバー15が放置状

より砥石押え16を介して砥石台12に強固に固
定されるようになつており、また、前記のシリン
ダ20に流体圧が作用しない場合は連結板11は
手動で動かすことができるものである。また、前
記の砥石押え16は第3図に示すように、レバー
15の下辺部15′に設けられた孔に上方より挿
込まれるボルト21と、該下辺部15′の下側に
おいてボルト21に螺着された球面部を有する連
結部材22と、該連結部材22の球面部に接して
回動自在に連結される目立て砥石押圧用の押圧部
材23と、該押圧部材23を連結部材22に連結
するため押圧部材23の環状溝に嵌入されたOリ
ング24とよりなるもので、この砥石押え16は
連結部材22の球面部により該連結部材22と押
圧部材23とが自在継手になつており、目立て砥
石18を常に適正な状態に保持するようになつて
いる。また、前記のOリング24は押圧部材23
の内腔部内に侵入するごみまたは液体等をシール
する役目をも兼ねている。なお、25は研削砥石
1を砥石台26に沿つて昇降動させる砥石昇降用
ハンドル、27は研削砥石1の砥石軸を所要の角
度に傾斜させる傾動用ハンドル、28はワークテ
ーブル30を前後に移動させるワークテーブル移
動用ハンドル、31はワークテーブル30のクロ
ススライド用ハンドル、32は研削砥石1の駆動
用のモータ、33は前記のシリンダ20に流体圧
を作用させる駆動源を内蔵するケーシング、34
はシリンダ20の端面に連結されたピストンロツ
ド19被覆用の蛇腹筒である。

じて被研削物の研削が不調になつたときには、締
付ねじ6を緩めてドレツシング装置7を第1図に
示す実線の位置まで枢動させてこの位置に固定
し、その後連結板11を必要に応じ手動により左
方に動かしたうえ図示されないフートスイツチま
たは押釦によりケーシング33内の駆動源を作動
させると、シリンダ20が作動して第2図に示す
ピストンロツド19はこれに連結された連結板1
1を連結体8の案内下に案内軸9と案内筒10
共々左方向に緩やかに移動させるから、該連結板
11に取付けた砥石台12に強固に固定されてい
る目立て砥石18の先端部は被研削物を研削して
いる回転状態の研削砥石1の側面部に押付けられ
て該研削砥石1を目立てすることになり、この目
立て作業は図示されないタイマーにより作動する
電磁弁の開閉により一定の時間行われた後に停止
してケーシング33内の駆動源の作動もともに停
止される。このように研削砥石1の目立て作業が
終れば必要に応じ締付ねじ6をもつてドレツシン
グ装置7を第1図に示す鎖線の位置に固定して被
研削物の研削を続ければよい。しかして、目立て
砥石18が摩耗した場合にはレバー15を時計方
向に回動させれば、砥石押え16はばね14の弾
発力に抗して昇降するため、砥石押え16の押圧
を解かれた目立て砥石18は挿込溝17より容易

ら、交換作業を短時間にすませることができ、し
かも、取付位置の調整が不要であるため、研削作
業の中断が少なく、研削処理数を大幅に高めるこ
とができる等種々の利点があり、在来の研削盤の
問題点を解決したものとし実用的価値極めて大な
ものである。
