A stator 65 is formed by a permanent magnet 63 attached to the rear end surface of the magnet 2 and a yoke 64 that connects the permanent magnet 63. The movable element 66, which serves as a movable element, has a surface facing the stator 65 with gear cutting, faces the stator 65 with a certain gap, and performs reciprocating linear motion with respect to the stator 65. ing. Can 6 to protect stator 65
7 is made of a non-magnetic material and is provided so as to cover the end face of the core 62 of the stator 65. In this fancy linear pulse motor, the magnetic flux from the permanent magnet 63 and the exciting coil 61
As a result of the increase/decrease in the magnetic flux caused by the magnetic flux, a magnetic flux that becomes a thrust of the moving element 66 is generated as shown by the arrow in the figure, and the moving element 66 performs a linear motion.

and the can 60 interposed in the gap between the mover 53 and the mover 53.
.. Since the can 67 is made of a non-magnetic material, the thickness of the cans 60 and 67 is added to the gap distance. In other words, as shown in FIG. It becomes a gap,
Magnetic flux loss is large and causes a decrease in motor torque. In order to reduce this substantial gap (g), it is necessary to machine the can as thinly as possible and with high precision, and conventional canned motors have the problem that machining the can is extremely troublesome.

This embodiment is an example in which the present invention is applied to an axial gap type pulse motor, and a stator 2 is attached within a motor flange 1. The stator 2 is constructed by winding an excitation coil 4 around a core 3, and a can 5 extends in the circumferential direction from the motor flange 1 so as to come into contact with the tip end surface of the core 3, thereby covering the stator 2. protection is provided. The movable element includes a rotor 7 having a rotating shaft 6 serving as an output shaft, and is rotatably supported by a motor frame 8 via a bearing 9 so as to have a constant gap from the stator 2. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, teeth portions 7a are formed in the portion facing the stator 2, which are cut in the south in the circumferential direction. In such a motor, the can 5 is formed of a magnetic material made of a magnetized metal plate. A special nickel-cobalt alloy or alnico is selected as the material for the metal plate.
This is magnetized by magnetization processing. Such magnetization is performed so that the pitch (p) of the teeth portions 7a of the rotor 7 is such that the north pole and the south pole are each P/2, and as a result, the can 5 only isolates and protects the stator 2. Instead, it performs the action of a magnet that provides magnetomotive force. Therefore, the rotor 7 is rotated by being given a rotational force by the magnetic flux from the magnetized can 5 and the magnetic flux from the excitation coil 4.
There is no need to attach a permanent magnet to the stator 2. Also, since the can 5 acts as a magnet that provides magnetomotive force,
The thickness (1) of the can 5 does not affect the gap between the stator 2 and the rotor 7, and the gap between the can 5 and the rotor 7 (gl
) is a substantial gap between the stator 2 and the rotor 7. Therefore, there is no need to process the can 5 to make it thinner. In addition,
The gap regarding the magnetomotive force of the excitation coil 4 is increased by the thickness of the can 5, but this can be solved by adjusting the current to the excitation coil 4.

A stator 12 is formed by winding an excitation coil 11 around a core 10, and a movable element 13, which is machined with gears in the longitudinal direction, faces each other with a gap therebetween. This movable element 13 is a movable element that makes linear reciprocating motion relative to the stator 12. A can 14 made of a magnetic material in which a metal plate is magnetized is brought into contact with the end face of the core 10 of the stator 12 to cover the stator 12 . The can 14 is magnetized so that the magnetic pole teeth of the core 10 form a set of N and S poles.
4 also serves as the magnetic pole of the stator. Therefore, a magnetic circuit from the magnetized portion of the can 14 is generated as shown by the arrow in the figure, and by increasing and decreasing this magnetic flux and the magnetic flux produced by the excitation coil 11, a magnetic flux that serves as a thrust for linearly moving the slider can be obtained.
