の傘歯車１２，１６を通じて水平方向にのみ回転
される螺杆４を縦設し、この螺杆４の下端部を支
柱１の内壁面に沿つて上下に摺動し該支柱の下端
から突出する調整ブロツク２に挿入せしめ、前記
螺杆４の雄ネジ部１４に螺合する角ナツト１３を
調整ブロツク２の空洞部１６内に於いて回転しな
い状態で上下方向にのみ移動可能に収容し、空洞
部１６の下面中央に、螺杆４の外径ｄよりも大き
く且つ角ナツト１３の外径Ｄよりも小さな直径Ｄ
_１に形成した所定の深さを有する凹孔１７を設け
、角ナツト１３の下面と前記凹孔１７の底部間に
圧縮時の高さが前記凹孔の深さより小さくなるコ
イルスプリング１８を介挟してあることを特徴と
