Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被測定部分に孔を穿設し、該孔に装着して該孔
    の部分の温度を検出する熱伝達計測プローブにお
    いて、前記孔を穿設した伝熱面と同基材からなる
    外筒と、該外筒と同一基材からなり該外筒の中心
    位置に設けられる中心材と、該中心材の端部の該
    中心材の伝熱面側に接着された低熱伝導材と、前
    記外筒および中心材の各内部にその長手方向に間
    隔をおいて配設された熱電対と、前記低熱伝導材
    の表裏両面に取付けられた熱電対と、前記外筒の
    中心材との間に介装された前記外筒の基材に対し
    熱伝導性が著しく低い熱伝導材と、を備えたこと
    を特徴とする熱伝達率計測プローブ。
