収納に便利な温風機付収納ユニツトに関するもの

つた。ところで、温風ダクト７はその中に温風が
通るため加熱され、また外観も良くないので第３
図に示すようなダクトカバー４が温風ダクト７の
前面がわを覆つて収納箱５に取付けられているも
のであつた。しかし乍ら、このダクトカバー４の
取付けには収納箱５に縦棧１１を通してこの縦棧
１１に木ねじ１２等で取付ける必要があり、手間
がかかるという問題があつた。

ダクト７を収納箱５内に収納箱５の裏板８と間隙
を介して上下方向に配設し、温風ダクト７の外周
に上記ダクトカバー４を前面側より間隙を介して
嵌め込んでダクトカバー４の両裏面カバー３，３
を温風ダクト７の背面側に配置すると共に裏面カ
バー３の先端に延設した弾性係合片９を温風ダク
ト７と収納箱５の裏板８との間に弾性的に介在せ
しめて成る温風機付収納ユニツトにより上記目的
を達成したものである。

角筒状に形成され、収納箱５の裏板８と間隙を介
して収納箱５の下部収納部１４内に上下方向に長
く配設してある。図中１５は吸込み口、１６はス
イツチ、１７は側板、１８は飾り棚、１９は小物
収納部である。ダクトカバー４は耐熱性、耐水性
等に優れた合成樹脂の成形品等で形成され、第６
図に示すように前面カバー１の両側端より背面側
へ側面カバー２，２を延設すると共に両側面カバ
ー２，２の背側面先端より内方へ裏面カバー３，
３を折曲して背方へ開口した断面略Ｃ字状に形成
てある。ダクトカバー４は可撓性のある合成樹脂
製のもので形成されているので、その開口巾を弾
性的に広げることができ、開口を広げた状態で上
記収納箱５の温風ダクト７の外周に前面側よりダ
クトカバー４を嵌め込むのである。その際、裏面
カバー３の先端に断面レ字状に屈折された弾性係
合片９はダクトカバー４の復元により温風ダクト
７と裏板８との間に弾性的に挿入されてダクトカ
バー４を保持し、ダクトカバー４が左右方向へず
れるのを防ぐことができるものである。また、ダ
クトカバー４は温風ダクト７よりも形状が大きく
形成されていて、ダクトカバー４を温風ダクト７
に取付けた際には温風ダクト７とダクトカバー４
との間に間隙を生じて温風ダクト７の熱が直接ダ
クトカバー４に伝わることがなく、ダクトカバー
４が異常に加熱されるということがないものであ
