For example, some high-frequency cooking devices are equipped with an electric heater inside the heating chamber to enable electric heating. In FIG. 1, 1 is a heating chamber, 2 is a high frequency oscillator, and 3 is a heater. This heater 3
It is necessary to connect a lead wire 5 to supply power as shown in FIG.

When there are four heaters 3, conventionally the lead wire 5 is connected to the terminal screw 6 of each heater 3 using a lug plate 7 and a nut 8, as shown in FIG. However, the heater generates heat, so if you use it for a long time,
There was a risk that the terminal screw 6, lead wire 5, etc. would be thermally deteriorated due to heating, and the caulked portion would become loose, resulting in poor continuity. Also, lead wire 5
There was also a risk that the vinyl coating would melt and touch the outer wall of heating chamber 1, leading to an electric shock accident.

As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of heaters 3 are arranged in the heating chamber 1. Each heater 3 is provided with a plurality of heater terminal screws 6, 9, 11, and 12. Fix the metal shorting plate 10 connecting the heater terminal screws 6 and 9 with nuts, and connect the outer pair of heater terminal screws 1.
A metal shorting plate 13 connecting 1 and 12 is fixed with a nut. Both short circuit plates are insulated from the wall surface of the heating chamber 1 by providing a gap 15.

In this way, the lead wire is not directly connected to the terminal screw, but via the shorting plate, so the shorting plate also acts as a heat sink, and the heat transferred from the heater is dissipated and almost never reaches the lead wire. . Furthermore, the temperature of each connected portion does not rise, and connection deterioration can be minimized, resulting in a longer service life.

As described above, according to the present invention, the heated objects are connected to each other by a short circuit board, and the lead wire is connected to this short circuit board, so that thermal deterioration does not occur at the connected part and the lifespan can be extended. It is something. In addition, since the shorting plate is installed between the terminals of multiple heaters, the terminal holds the shorting plate and also serves as a conductive connection between the terminals, so there is no need to separately provide an insulator to hold the shorting plate. Although the configuration is extremely simple, multiple heaters can be connected reliably. The short-circuit plate connecting the terminals can be installed with a gap from the heating chamber wall, so insulation from the heating chamber wall is ensured, and it is safe and there is no need to worry about insulation deterioration even if the heating chamber wall gets hot. It is safe from both sides. Since a plurality of heaters are connected by a short circuit plate, the heaters are mutually held by the short circuit plate, so that more reliable fixing can be achieved.

There is no need for the power lead wire to branch to connect the heater, which not only makes it simpler and cheaper, but also eliminates the risk of the power lead wire touching the high-temperature heating chamber wall and causing a ground fault.
