無機化合物系難燃剤は、比較的安全性が高く、腐蝕性の

量的な解明がなされておらず、従って経験的な試行錯誤
の方法によって難燃剤の開発が進められている。これら

であることがわかっている。

酸素指数法は、JIS K 7211により1増東洋精
機製キャンドル式燃焼試験機を用いて、酸素指数を求め
難燃型を検討した。実験の結果を表1に示した。

実施例2.煙濃度の測定
煙濃度測定法としては、個数濃度(個/耐)。
重量濃度(mg/r+?)、光学濃度があるが、火災時
の避難通路の見通し距離に直接関係した方法としては、
光学濃度のうち透過光による煙の減衰程度を減光係数と
して表示する方法が適切とされている。

本実施例では減光係数による煙濃度の測定法として、建
設省建築研究所式の有機材燃焼試験機を用いて最大減光
係数を求めた。同試験機は、燃焼炉最高温度800℃;
煙収集箱500 X 500 X 500 *■;送風
量11 /win ;加熱速度7℃/min i重
量測定範囲0.6〜0.8gである。

以上、実施例に示すように、トリポリリン酸二水素アル
ミニウムやトリメタリン酸アルミニウムなどの縮合リン
酸アルミニウムは、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂の酸素指数
を向上させ、塩素化パラフィンや三酸化アンチモンとの
相乗効果が認められる。

Claims (3)
- (1)可燃性プラスチック材料に難燃剤として縮合リン
酸アルミニウムを配合したことを特徴とする難燃性プラ
スチック組成物。 - (2)可燃性プラスチック材料が不飽和ポリエステル樹
脂である第1項の難燃性プラスチック組成物。 - (3)縮合リン酸アルミニウムと共に難燃助剤として塩
素化パラフィンおよび/または三酸化アンチモンが配合
される第1項または第2項の難燃性プラスチック組成物
。
