にチエンジレバー8を前後方向振替自在に取り付
け、該チエンジレバー8には牽制板8aを固設す
るとともに前後方向振替時には前記両変速軸12
,11に選択的に係合できるチエンジアーム18
aと係合を解除するよう構成し、前記枠体17に
は上下方向に移動可能に嵌挿した牽制杆21を設
け、該チエンジレバー8が前方へ振り替えられる
と、上記牽制板8aも一体的に回動して該牽制杆
21の上端部の上方に位置し、チエンジレバー8
を下方に移動させてチエンジアーム18aに係合
させるとこの移動に伴い牽制板8aが牽制杆21
に当接して押し下げて該牽制杆の下端部が下方に
突出するとともに、チエンジレバー8を操作して
チエンジアーム18aが高速用変速軸12と係合
させたときに該牽制杆21の突出下端部が副変速
軸13を高速側にシフトするシフト領域内に位置
するよう構成したことを特徴とする管理機におけ
