を下方に移動させてチエンジアーム18aに係合
させるとこの移動に伴い牽制板8aが牽制杆21
に当接して押し下げて該牽制杆の下端部が下方に
突出するとともに、チエンジレバー8を操作して
チエンジアーム18aが高速用変速軸12と係合
させたときに該牽制杆21の突出下端部が副変速
軸13を高速側にシフトするシフト領域内に位置
するよう構成したことを特徴とする管理機におけ
る高速後進牽制装置。
