らなる複動形シリンダ装置であつて、前記ロツド
カバーに、該ロツドカバーを貫通する前記ピスト
ンロツドの貫通部に連通される集塵ポートが設け
られ、前記ピストンによつて仕切られる前記内側
シリンダチユーブ内の二つの空間にそれぞれ連通
され、与圧された流体を前記空間内に給排するこ
とによつてピストンを駆動する二つの圧力ポート
が、前記ヘツドカバーに形成されてなることを特
