ロツト操作流体制御弁の一部省略した縦断面図で
ある。 １…弁本体、２…流入通路、３…流出通路、７
…弁座、８…弁体、１３…ピストン、１１，１５
…作用室、１６…絞り通路、３１…フイルタ。

Claims (1)
- 流体の流入通路と流出通路間を連通する連通路
に形成の弁座に着座したり弁座から離座したりす
るよう孔内へ嵌挿して設けばねにより着座方向へ
付勢した弁体と、弁座を介して弁体の対向位置に
配設し背部に形成の作用室へ流入されるパイロツ
ト流体による作用力により作動させる弁体を弁座
から離座するピストンと、流入通路とピストン背
部の作用室間を連通するパイロツト路に設けパイ
ロツト路を開閉するパイロツト弁体と、弁本体側
に取付けパイロツト弁体を作動操作する操作装置
とを有し、パイロツト路のパイロツト弁体より流
入通路側にフイルタを設けると共に、作用室には
流入したパイロツト流体がピストンの外周に沿つ
て流出通路へ絞り流通するよう絞り通路を連通し
て設けて成るパイロツト操作流体制御弁。
