の避雷回路と、上記出力変圧器の２次巻線の両端
子間に接続された第４の避雷回路と、上記入力変
圧器の１次巻線の中点と上記出力変圧器の２次巻
線の中点との間に接続された抵抗とダイオードと
の直列回路およびこの直列回路に並列に接続され
た過電圧保護素子とを具備してなる保安装置にお
いて、上記第１の避雷回路の中点と上記第３の避
雷回路の中点とを過電圧保護素子を介して互いに
