Claims (1)
ト鋳造装置において、プランジヤチツプ周面とス
リーブ内面との間隙を通してプランジヤチツプの
後方から前方へ空気あるいは酸素等の活性ガスが
流入するのを防止するために、前記間隙内もしく
はその後方に負圧領域を形成する流体シール形成
手段をプランジヤチツプ周面もしくは後部に設け
たことを特徴とするダイカスト鋳造装置。 (2) 前記流体シール形成手段が、プランジヤロ
ツドおよびプランジヤチツプの内部に形成された
噴射ガス供給通路と、この噴射ガス供給通路と連
通され、プランジヤチツプ周面とスリーブ内面と
のシールすべき間隙の後端付近にて後方へ向けて
ガス噴射するように配向されたノズルとを含み、
前記ノズルからの噴射ガスにより負圧領域を形成
するエゼクター装置であることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のダイカスト鋳造
装置。 (3) 前記減圧手段が、プランジヤチツプ周面も
しくは後部に開口する吸引口と、該吸引口と連通
させてプランジヤチツプおよびプランジヤロツド
の内部に形成された吸引通路とを有して構成され
た吸引装置であることを特徴とする実用新案登録
