- 光線を投入射する口金端内部をラツパ状又はテ
ーパ状に拡開し、当該ラツパ部又はテーパ部に光
透過性物質を充填すると共に当該口金端内面と光
透過性物質との間に光反射層を設けたことを特徴
とする光センサプローブ。
