- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 アームを固定したアクチユエータ軸８を、上下
ベアリング９，１０によりベース１に支持してな
るアクチユエータ構造であつて、 前記上下ベアリング９，１０にベアリングラジ
アル方向の予圧を付加し、温度変化による前記ア
クチユエータ軸８の倒れ傾き量を極少にしてなる
ことを特徴としたアクチユエータ構造。
