本考案はエヤーハンマーの防振装置に関するも

一般に打撃力を発生する工具、例えばエヤーハ
ンマー等に於て長期に亘つて使用するとその振動
によりはくろう病などの職業病にかかる危険があ
る。このため各種の防振対策を構じているが未だ
確実なものがない。例えばこの防振対策として特
開昭54−2903号公報に開示されたものがある。こ
れは振動や衝撃を容積が可変する空気室内の圧力
にて吸収緩和するもので、この振動の吸収方向は

た筒状の外周壁内に嵌挿すると共にこのOリング
を外周壁の内面中央に設けた内鍔の前部と後部に
夫々複数本づつ介在せしめ、Oリングをこの内鍔
と保持具に設けた係止鍔及び止め板間にて保持す
るようになし、このリングのもつ弾性を利用し
て、しかも振動の方向に関係なく、即ちあらゆる
方向の振動もこのOリング群にて吸収するように

8を係止するための係止鍔7aをまた後端部には
止め板7bを保持具7にボルト止めする。この保
持具7の外周には複数本のOリング8を嵌合し、
最前列のOリング8aは保持具7の係止鍔7aに
て抜け止めとなり、最後列のOリング8bは止め
板7bにて抜け止めとなつており、この複数本配
列したOリング8の外周にはハンドル本体5に設
けた筒状の外周壁6を嵌合するが、この時ハンド
ル本体より供給される作動空気はOリングの間、
例えば図示の如く何本目かのOリング間をハンド
ル本体内に設けた鍔5aにてその隙間を拡げて空
気通路5bを形成し、この空気通路5bを介して
打撃発生部1へ供給されるようになつている。上
記ハンドル本体5はバルブV及びこのバルブVを
開閉操作をするレバーLが具備されると共に上部
には打撃発生部1を嵌合する挿通孔を穿設する。
なおハンドルレバーLの作動と同時に室5cにエ
ヤーを入れエヤークツシヨンの働きをさせること
ができる。そしてこの挿通孔に打撃発生部の後端
の保持具をこれに所要のOリングを嵌合した後挿
通するがこれはまず鍔7aとハンドル本体の第一
段目の鍔とに当接するようOリングを嵌める。実
施例では3本のOリングを嵌める。この状態で保
持具を支持せしめた打撃発生部をハンドル本体内
に嵌合した後さらに保持具とハンドル本体の外周
壁6間にしかも第二段目の内鍔に当接するように
してOリングを嵌めて、次に止め板7bを保持具
7にねじ止めしてOリングを介して打撃発生部を
ハンドル本体に支持せしめると共に止め板の外側
に対向するようにしてカバー9をハンドル本体に
係着して形成するものである。このように複数本
のOリングをハンドル本体の挿入孔内周面に形成
される第一段、第二段の内鍔5a,5a間に空気
