きるが、多種多様の穴加工の場合穴形状にあつた
加振ポンチやダイなどを交換し段取替をする場
合、加振ポンチやダイの交換が面倒であるので、
加振ポンチやダイの交換が容易で段取り時間が短
縮でき、しかも装置本体の剛性がすぐれ保全の容
易な構造の穴明け装置が要望される。

方に付勢するスプリングを設け、かつ上加振ポン
チの下端と下加振ポンチの上端を対向させ、装置
本体の上部外側に固着したワーク押え用シリンダ
のロツドに固着した押え金と受け金でもつて上ダ
イの上端部に設けたフランジを挿入可能に組み込
ませると共に、C形フレームの上部に固着したワ
ーク締付装置の軸端を上加振ポンチの上端に当接
可能とした振動穴明け装置に関するものである。

イ15に固定してからボルト13、ピン14をゆ
るめてブラケツト12ごと本体1から取外し、上
下ダイ22,15と上下加振ポンチ26,16を
交換して再び本体1に取付ければ良い。もしブラ
ケツトに予備があれば、あらかじめポンチとダイ
を取付けておくことによりより早く交換すること
