As shown in Fig. 1, the ridge of a roof with conventional corrugated tiles is constructed by placing a wooden door plate 4' with a corrugated lower surface on the ridge side end of the corrugated tile 2. Kasagi 3
Nail the Kasagi 3 to the roof board 1 by pressing it down with the
It had a structure in which a Noshi tile 5 was placed over the top surface of the roof. When the wooden door plate 4' is used in this way, a gap is likely to occur between the top surface of the wave tile 2 and the bottom surface of the door plate 4' in valleys etc. because the door plate 4' does not have a dimension adjustment function. Wind and rainwater sometimes entered through these gaps. For this reason, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 54-87617 discloses a door plate that uses elasticity such as synthetic resin foam or soft rubber to increase the adhesion to the corrugated roof tiles. Since the mento board is larger in height than the above, it has elasticity, so if you match the bottom surface of the mento board with the top surface of the wave tile and press the top surface of the mendo board with a Kasagi, before driving the nails from the Kasagi to the Mendo board. The mendo board had the disadvantage that it was easy to bounce and fly out from under the Kasagi or fall sideways, making it difficult to fix the mendo board. Furthermore, in the case where the door panel 4' is placed under the Kasagi 3, the outer surface of the Kasagi 3 is exposed, so the lower end of the Noshi tile 5 and the wave tile 2 are exposed due to strong winds.
If rainwater blows in through the gap between the roof tiles 3 and 3, the rainwater will hit the outside surface of the kasagi 3 and get wet, which may cause the kasagi 3 to rot easily. There was also no waterproofing treatment.

In view of the above-mentioned points, an object of the present invention is to provide a roof ridge structure in which the door panels are easy to fix and have good workability, and the caps do not come into direct contact with rainwater and are hard to rot.

The present invention will be explained in detail based on illustrated embodiments. Reference numeral 2 denotes a wave tile that is laid on the top surface of the field board 1 and has a wavy upper surface. Two caps 3 are placed along the ridge on the upper surface of both ends on the ridge side of the ridge tile 2. It is nailed to the roofing board 1 through roof tiles 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes a door plate whose lower surface has approximately the same shape as the upper surface of the corrugated tile 2, as shown in FIG. 3, and this door plate 4 is made of elastic soft synthetic resin such as foamable synthetic resin. The caps 2 are formed into elastic fitting contact with the upper surface of the corrugated tile 2, and are nailed to the outer surfaces of both caps 3 with cap nails 6 as shown in FIG. 4, for example. Reference numeral 5 denotes a noshi tile covered on the upper surface of the door panel 4, and the noshi tile 5 is nailed to the capboard 3 with a nail 7 to which a connecting wire 8, such as a copper wire, is attached. Further, a round tile 9 like a so-called string circle is covered on the upper surface of the noshi tile 5, and a connecting wire 8 is passed through the round tile 9 to fix the round tile 9 on the noshi tile 5.

To construct the roof ridge as described above, first nail the Kasagi 3 to the top of the wave tile 2, and then attach the door board 4 to the top of the wave tile 2.
At the same time, they are fitted together and temporarily secured from the sides of the cap 3 with cap nails 6, and then the noshi tiles 5 are covered. Next, the Noshi tiles 5 are fixed to the Kasagi 3 with the nails 7 with connecting wires 8 attached, and after pressing down the Mento door board 4 and bringing it into elastic contact with the wave tiles 2 of the Mento door board 4, the round tiles 9 are attached to the connecting wires. It is fixed at 8. The purpose of fixing the mendo board 4 to the side of the Kasagi 3 with nails 6 is to temporarily hold the mendo board 4 in order to prevent the mendo board 4 from bouncing or falling, making construction difficult. Since the top surface of the mendo board 4 is pressed by the noshi tile 5 and brought into elastic contact with the top surface of the wave tile 2, if the nails 6 are driven too far, this will prevent the mento board 4 from coming into elastic contact with the wave tile 2. A small number of nails 6, about 1 to 2 per door plate 4, is sufficient.

Thus, in the present invention, a cap board placed on the upper surface of the ridge side end of a corrugated tile laid above the roofing board is nailed to the roofing board, and has a wavy lower surface having approximately the same shape as the upper surface of the corrugated tile. A mendo board made of soft synthetic resin is placed on the top surface of the corrugated tile, and the mendo board is nailed to the outside surface of each kasagi, and the top surface of the mendo board is made to protrude below the top surface of the kasagi, and the top surface of each mendo board is The Noshi tiles that have been covered by the roof tiles are nailed to the Kasagi, and the Noshi tiles press the top surface of the Mendo board to bring the bottom surface of the Mendo board into elastic contact with the top surface of the corrugated tiles. When fitted with the top surface of the wave tile, the Mendo board can be temporarily held by placing it against the outside surface of the Kasagi fixed to the top of the wave tile and fixing it with nails, and when pressing the Mendo board with the Noshi tile. The mendo board will not bounce and run away or fall down.
It has the advantage that the door panel can be easily constructed. In addition, since the top surface of the elastic mento board is in elastic contact with the bottom surface of the noshi tile, moisture will not infiltrate into the attic through the gap between the bottom surface of the noshi tile and the top surface of the kasagi, and the mento board will Since the lower surface of the tile is pressed against the corrugated tiles, it is possible to prevent wind and rain from entering the attic through the upper surface of the corrugated tiles. Furthermore, since the outer surface of the Kasagi is covered with the Mento board, the Kasagi will not get wet due to wind and rain blowing in from under the Noshi tiles, which has the advantage of preventing corrosion of the Kasagi.
