た計測ガス導入ラインと、上記ガス流量計測部の
下側透明部と上記アキユムレータの下部液圧室と
を液止弁を介して連絡した液ラインと、上記メイ
ンガスラインのガス元弁上流側と上記アキユムレ
ータの上部ガス圧室とを加圧弁を介して連絡した
ガス圧導入ラインと、上記加圧弁と上記アキユム
レータとの間の上記ガス圧導入ラインと上記メイ
ンガスラインの上流側とをガス逃し弁を介して連
絡したガス逃しラインと、上記ガス流量計測部の
上側透明部及び上記下側透明部の近くに配設した
