On the other hand, when "low frequency" or "warm/cold" is selected with the treatment method selection switch 8, only the selected treatment is performed and other treatments do not work. Furthermore, if "warm/cold" is selected with the treatment method selection switch 8 and the polarity is "plus (thermal)" with the polarity changeover switch 9, the hot/cold treatment pad 21 is heated and provides heat to the affected area. Similarly, when the polarity is selected to be "minus (cold/heat)", the polarity of the thermionic element 3 is switched, and the fan 5 is driven to rotate at the same time as the transition to cold/thermal treatment. In cold treatment, the other end of the thermionic element 3 (on the side of the heat radiation block 7) generates heat, and the inside of the main body 1 becomes high temperature, but this heat is transmitted through the heat radiation block 7 and radiated by the heat converter 75. Along with
The rotation of the fan 5 maintains the temperature inside the main body 1 at an appropriate level, thereby preventing danger due to high temperatures.
