断面円形の複数のチユーブを夫々曲折して全体
がＵ字状に折り返し形成されると共に、少なくと
もその両端部１，１を除いて該チユーブの大部分
が断面偏平になるように該チユーブを前記曲折方
向に直交して塑性変形し、各チユーブのＵ字状の
前記偏平部２間に横架するようにコルゲートフイ
ン３を接触してろう付け固定すると共に、夫々の
チユーブの前記両端部１，１を円環状のゴムブツ
シユ４を介してチユーブプレート５に着脱自在に
且つ液密に挿通したことを特徴とする熱交換器コ
