Abstract

PURPOSE:To confirm continuity with a compression-bonded connector, by a method wherein odd address trains and even address trains are connected to form a closed circuit and inspection members are interposed at the connections between the odd address trains and the even address trains while a power source is interposed in the closed circuit. CONSTITUTION:Connectors 21 and 22 are compression-bonded at both ends of a flat cable 20. Odd address trains 23 connect wires of the cable 20 alternately in series and even address trains 24 connect the remaining wires alternately in series. The address trains 23 connect odd number terminals 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 in series sequentially while the address trains 24 connect even number terminals 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 in series sequentially. The address trains 23 and 24 compose a closed circuit 30 with a connection line 26 and connection lines 28 and 29. Detecting members PL1 and PL2 are interposed in the connection lines 28 and 29 and a power source 31 such as battery is interposed in the closed circuit 30. this enables the confirmation of a compression bonding state between the flat cable and the connectors.

に少なくとも奇数番地列23と偶数番地列24との連結
部分の各々に検出部材PL1、PL2を介装し、また閉
回路30中の適所に電源を介装したことを特徴とするフ
