【考案の詳細な説明】 (考案の目的) 本考案はベニヤレースにより切削されて吐出し
て来る連続帯状のベニヤ単板を巻取用リールに自
動的に巻付けて巻玉を作るベニヤ単板の自動巻付
機に於ける切削単板の剥き初めの先端部に生じて
いるカールを押し広げるカール引延し装置に関す
るものである。

る自動巻付機の巻込用コロ付チエンにも振動的な
伸縮力が作用するので円滑な巻取り作業が出来な
い欠陥があり、またベニヤ単板の先端部のカール
を押し潰して破損するため歩留りを低下させてい
た欠陥等があつたものである。本考案は上記の欠
陥を改良するために考案されたものであつて、搬
入コンベアーに同調した速度と、それにより2倍
程度に増速した速度に交々切換わる引延しコンベ
アーを前記搬入コンベアー上に幾分間隔を空けて
架設することによつて、ベニヤ単板の先端部のカ
ールを自動的に引延す装置の提供を目的としたも
のである。

ル2bの外周に巻掛け自在に装着した自動巻付機
が配設されている。該自動巻付機に近い前記
搬入コンベアー1の上方には幾分間隔を空けて、
例えば40〜50m/m程度の間隔を空けて並行に適
宜長さの、1〜1.5m程度の長さの引延しコンベ
アー3が架設されている。また該引延しコンベア
ー3の駆動軸は2台のクラツチ装置4a,4bを
含む異なつた速度をもつ2つの駆動系を介して搬
入コンベアー1の駆動軸に接続されており、且つ
その一方の駆動系のクラツチ装置側には、図示の
場合クラツチ装置4b側の駆動系には適宜比率
の、例えば2対1程度の比率のギヤー等の増速器
5が挿入されていて、前記搬入コンベアー1に同
調した速度V1とその倍速程度の速度V2に交々引
延しコンベアー3を駆動可能に装置されている。
一方前記搬入コンベアー1上を流れるベニヤ単板
6は、そのカールした先端部を光電スイツチ等の
検知器7により検知される都度、該検知器7の検
知信号は前記2台のクラツチ装置4a,4bに交
交伝えられて、最初の先端部の検知信号により増
速側の速度V2のクラツチ装置4bが作動し、次
でタイマー等の遅延装置8の設定時限後に、通常
は搬入コンベアー1上を流れるベニヤ単板6の先
端部が後段の自動巻付機に到達した頃合いに、
搬入コンベアー1の速度に同調した速度V1で駆
働されているクラツチ装置4a側に再び切換えら
れるように遅延切換制御されるものである。

ンベアー1と引延しコンベアー3の速度差により
ベニヤ単板6の先端部のカールは瞬時に引延さ
れ、そのまま第3図のように自動巻付機に受渡
されて巻取用リール2bに巻付けられる。この場
合引延しコンベアー3と自動巻付機の巻付場所
との間には太玉に巻取られる巻玉のため若干の隙
間の形成を余儀なくされるが、通常ベニヤ単板6
は100〜300m毎分程度の高速で搬送されるので、
その僅かな隙間のものはカールの戻りが緩慢であ
るのでそれによる悪影響は殆んど無いが、その隙
間の大きいものはカールの戻りによつて再び障害
を惹起するので、このような場合は引延しコンベ
アー3の末端部から自動巻付機側に丸棒等の誘
導部材9を突き出すように架設することによつ
て、その安全な受渡しを図ることが出来るもので
ある。

業が出来なくなつていた欠陥や、カールの押し潰
しによつて歩留りを著しく低下させていた欠陥等
を悉く払拭し得た、実施効果の極めて顕著な考案
である。
