(Means for solving the problem) The technical means taken by the present invention to solve the above problem is to filter a plurality of cylindrical cases whose entire surface is covered with filter bags except for the opening at the top end. Suspended from seats provided vertically and horizontally in series on the partition plate between the purified gas air duct at the top of the dust collection mechanism and the dust collection hopper at the bottom, the upper part of the row of caps fixes the housing and filter bag for each seat. A pneumatic pipe is rotatably supported on the side, and a branch pipe having the same number of nozzles as the base is protruded from the pneumatic pipe, and an arm parallel to the pneumatic pipe is protruded from each branch pipe in a perpendicular direction. This is what I did.

(Function) When replacing a filter bag that has become clogged with dust, operate the drive means to rotate the pneumatic pipe in a predetermined direction, thereby retracting the branch pipe and arm from above the nozzle and replacing it. When the work is completed, the pneumatic tube is operated in the opposite direction, and the load of each branch tube is applied to the cap presser spring via the branch tube and arm.

In the embodiment of this invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a pneumatic pipe 1 is separated into upper and lower parts by a partition plate 2, and a bearing 4, 4', and is rotatably supported by about 90 degrees, and this pneumatic pipe 1 is located on one side above the five rows of open seats arranged in series in the vertical and horizontal directions on the partition plate 2. The feed pipe 1 is provided with the same number of branch pipes 6 as the seats 5 facing downward, and the nozzles 7 of the branch pipes 6 are provided so as to protrude so as to face above the center of each seat 5. The arm 8 protrudes from one side of the branch pipe 6 at a substantially right angle and parallel to the pneumatic pipe 1, and normally (during dust collection work) holds the cap 9 fitted in the seat 5. The load of the branch pipe 6 is applied to the attached spring 10. The pneumatic pipe 1 is connected to the air duct 3
A gear 11 is attached to the externally extended part of the gear 11, and a gear 11' on a gear shaft 12 is engaged with the gear 11, and by operating the handle 13 at the end of the gear shaft 12,
The pneumatic pipe 1 is connected to a driving means B that can rotate reciprocally through approximately 90 degrees, and an exhaust port 14 communicating with the outside air is opened in the air duct 3.

A dust collection hopper 17 is formed below the partition plate 2, and includes an inlet 15 for introducing dust-containing gas and a droplet 16 for removing captured dust. Casing 18
is a vertically elongated cylinder with an open top, and a flange portion 19 corresponding to the seat 5 is provided on the upper periphery, and a flange portion 1 of the same shape is provided on the peripheral surface of the housing 18.
9 or less is covered with a filter bag 20, the bag opening 21 of the filter bag 20 and the flange part 19 of the housing 18 are locked to the seat 5, and the cap 9 is dropped onto it. It is fitted into the seat 5. By replacing the gears 11 and 11' of the driving means B with worm gears, when a large number of pneumatic pipes 1 are arranged in parallel, a single gear shaft 12 can be used to connect a large number of pneumatic pipes 1.
Of course, it is possible to operate both at the same time without any restrictions.

In the above configuration, the filter bag 20 may deteriorate due to deterioration of the material structure constituting the filter bag 20 or damage due to partial concentrated ventilation due to dust collection operation over time.
In order to replace the taro bag 20 that has a hole in it, allowing dust-containing gas to pass through, operate the handle 13 shown in FIG. Since the pneumatic tube 1 is rotated in the direction of arrow P in FIG. 2 through the gear 11 that rotates and meshes with the gear 11', each branch pipe 6 fixed to the pneumatic tube 1 is connected to the chain line. It is evacuated to the position 6a shown by. Accordingly, the arm 8 of the branch pipe 6 is also displaced, so that the spring 10 which has been compressed toward the base 9 by the arm 8 and the branch pipe 6 is released. By retracting the branch pipe 6 and the arm 8, all obstacles above and near the cap 9 are removed, so the cap 9, the casing 18, and the filter bag 2 are removed.
Works such as removing and installing the 0 etc. can be facilitated and quickly performed. After replacing the damaged filter bag 20, restore the housing 18, filter bag 20, and cap 9 in the reverse order, place the spring 10 on top of the cap 9, and then operate the handle 13 in the opposite direction. and pneumatic pipe 1, branch pipe 6 and arm 8
The work of replacing the damaged filter bag 20 is completed by restoring it.

(1) The pneumatic tube is rotatably supported, and the pneumatic tube is placed on one side above the cap so that there are no obstructions above or near the cap, so there is no possibility of damage. The work of replacing the filter bag is made extremely easy, and the work can be carried out quickly, so that the filtering mechanism for dust-containing gas can be processed within the minimum downtime by replacing the filter bag.

(2) The same number of branch pipes as the caps are attached to the pneumatic pipe, and a downward nozzle and a sideways arm are installed at the tips of the branch pipes, so when replacing the filter bag, the branch pipes need to be removed approximately.
The cap can be stably fixed to the seat of the partition plate by retracting the cap 90 degrees upward and applying the load of the branch pipe to the spring that normally presses the cap via a part of the branch pipe and an arm.

(3) 従来のものと比較して、口金の上方及び近傍

(3) Compared to conventional models, there are no objects above or near the nozzle that would obstruct filter bag replacement work, and the nozzle can be moved in and out of the center of the nozzle via a branch pipe. Therefore, high pressure air can be blown in to eliminate clogging of the filter bag wall without any problem.
