- 発光素子をモールドした透光性樹脂の頭部が、
発光素子からの光を前取に絞つて出す凸レンズに
形成された発光ダイオードにおいて、前記透光性
樹脂の頭部の光軸上に割溝が設けられたことを特
徴とする発光ダイオード。
