Then, when the 311-wrap portion 73 is sewn with the set length remaining, a microswitch (not shown) provided at a predetermined position of the traveling mechanism 15 detects the sewn portion, and by this detection, Remove the obstructive rubber holder 28 made of N, and also remove the cloth guide 40 of the body holder 62.
The guide claws 45, 46, and 47 of the winding mechanism 18 are moved downward to separate them from the unsewn portion. Note that when the cloth guide 40 moves F, if the rubber holder 28 is left in the same state, the curved portion 28 of the rubber holder 28
At this time, tilt the rubber pedestal 28 to make contact with 4.
This is done so as not to cause any hindrance to the removal of the first guide 40.

When the microswitch detects the detection, the set Tsujisen counter operates, and when the counter number of sewing is completed, the tension on the loop circumference of the running 91 mechanism 15 is released, and the sewing machine body 4 side is also At the same time, the drive is stopped and the menu mechanism 601' is activated. The thread and the do thread are cut at the same time. After this cutting, the presser foot 63 and forced feed roller 64 of the sewing machine main body 4 move by 1, and the station 7 separates from the sewing machine main body 4 and returns to its original position.

With this configuration, the annular rubber body 70 can be automatically wrapped around the end edge 71a of the annular cloth 71, and the rubber-wrapped portion 73 in this wrapped state can be inserted into the needle drop of the sewing machine body. Automatic sewing is possible from guidance through sewing to completion of sewing when the sewing thread is cut by the female mechanism 60 of the sewing machine main body 4. Further, since the configuration is such that two rubber body automatic winding devices 10 are provided for each of the 41 sewing machine bodies, one sewing machine can be operated effectively.

Furthermore, in the embodiment described in 1-1, the annular rubber body 70 was explained as the body to be rolled up, but a group of rubber bodies arranged in parallel may also be used as the body to be rolled in. In this case, each rubber body is attached to each roller of the traveling mechanism. It may also be possible to form grooves for positioning to prevent rotational misalignment.

Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the rubber-wrapped state of the above-described embodiment, but may also be such that the cloth end edge 71a is wound back inside the annular rubber body 70, as shown in FIG. 16(B). In this case, the guide claws 45° 48.47 of the winding mechanism 18 are arranged so as to wind inside the annular rubber body 70, and
One cloth guide 40 of the cloth receiving mechanism 17 may be positioned under the annular rubber body to hold the wound portion.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the automatic sewing machine of the present invention is capable of hooking a circular rubber body and a circular cloth to a rubber body automatic winding device, and also attaching a sewn product to a rubber body after sewing has been completed. If only the work of removing it from the automatic winding device is done, the remaining labor-intensive work steps, such as the work of wrapping the ring-shaped rubber body around the edge of the ring-shaped cloth, and the work of sewing the rolled-up part of the wrapped cloth, can be eliminated. The sewing thread cutting process and sewing thread cutting process at the end of sewing can all be automated based on a series of steps. This eliminates the trouble of having to wrap the rubber in the pre-sewing stage, which was a problem when this type of sewing was done manually, as well as the trouble of manually feeding the rubber-wrapped part during sewing. Moreover, the difficulty of these operations, which require skill or require constant attention and nervousness, can be eliminated at once, and the workability of this type of sewing can be improved. Furthermore, the present invention automates a series of work processes that were conventionally manual and time-consuming, thereby improving work efficiency and improving the operating rate of the sewing machine, that is, productivity.
