り締付固着する油密装置において、周方向に適当
な間隔をおいて穴をあけたガスケツトを取付座に
配置し、ガスケツトの適正締付厚さのジスタント
ピースを前記ガスケツト穴に挿入してから、前記
ブツシング等のフランジを締付固着することを特
