Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 材料容器内に各種材料を入れ、かつ、水を注加
    して材料容器内の回転羽根によりこねたのち、発
    酵その他の手順をへて材料容器の周囲適所に配置
    してあるヒーターにより焼き上げる製パン器のこ
    ね上げ温度及びパン内部の焼き上げ温度を検知す
    る温度センサーの取付装置に於て、こね用回転軸
    とその上端こね用回転羽根の回転軸を耐熱性樹脂
    として内部中央を貫通する細長孔を穿孔し、該樹
    脂先端に温度センサーを内蔵した金属性冠体を装
    着し、該こね用回転軸下端に該温度センサーより
    のリード線を装着する摺動リングを嵌着して温度
    センサーよりの出力を取り出させる様にした事を
    特徴とする製パン器の温度センサー取付装置。
