有し、前記立上り壁２の裏面に、円周方向に所定
間隔をおいて複数個の係止突起３，３…を設ける
と共に前記軸部４の外周に凹部または凸部によつ
て形成される係止段部を設けて成る合成樹脂製フ
レーム本体１と、中央に孔８を有する円錐形の合
成樹脂製押さえ座板７とを備え、この押さえ座板
の下周縁１０を前記係止突起３，３…の下に押込
み且つ前記孔８を囲む環状壁９を前記係止段部に
係合させることにより前記フレーム本体１と押さ
え座板７とを一体的に結着可能としたことを特徴
