[Detailed Description of the Invention] As is well known, soundproofing sashes have a great effect on soundproofing and airtightness, but because they are airtight, there is little inflow of outside air, which not only contaminates the indoor air but also prevents indoor use of open flames. Therefore, it is inevitable that there will be dangers such as oxygen deficiency. In order to cope with this problem, a ventilation system has conventionally been used in which air intake holes are bored in appropriate positions of the sash (mainly on the upper stile) and the air intake holes are opened and closed by a shutter plate to introduce outside air. However, the above-mentioned conventional device does not have a sufficient sound deadening effect, impairing the original function of the soundproof sash, and the most serious drawback is that when the conventional device is used in a kitchen where open flames are used most frequently, Due to the structure, the ventilation system is located almost directly opposite the face, and the supplied outside air hits the face directly, which is disliked during winter months, and as a result of inappropriate usage, the shutter is closed and open flame is used. There is a risk of causing an oxygen deficiency accident.

In view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, the present application installs an air supply box on the indoor side of the intake opening of the upper stile or upper frame, and drills two sets of numerous air supply holes at two different locations on the wall of the air supply box. However, one of these two sets of air supply holes can be opened and closed by the shutter plate, and the other set of air supply holes is always open, allowing for the usage as described above. Even in the case of improper use, the minimum necessary outside air is always supplied, and the outside air that is supplied does not directly hit the face and cause discomfort, and in addition, when performing ventilation This application relates to a sash with a sound-dampening ventilation device that muffles outdoor noise that enters the room without impairing the original function of the soundproof sash. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to drawings showing embodiments.

As shown in the figure, the side plates 5, 5' are fixed by screws or other suitable means, the bottom edge of the base 7 is pivoted to the pivot 6 bored in the side plates 5, 5', and the top plate 9 is fixed. The end side is brought into contact with the protruding piece 10 of the upper frame 3, and the upper frame 3 and the side plates 5, 5' are connected with the screws 11 and 11', and the base 7 is connected with the screw 12.
and side plates 5, 5' are fixed to form the box body of the air supply box 1. Therefore, by removing the screws 12, the base body 7 is opened by swinging around the pivot 6 toward the indoor side B, so that the inside of the air supply box 1 can be easily cleaned. In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, only the air supply box 1 configured as described above is shown, but this is not limited to the above structure, and the upper frame 3
If the configuration of the air supply box 1 is different, the configuration of the air supply box 1 will naturally be different, and the box body may have a polygonal or arcuate cross-sectional shape other than the approximately rectangular shape shown in the drawings in terms of the external shape of the box body. In short, it is attached to the opening of the intake hole 4 of the upper stile 3, and its configuration shape does not matter as long as it satisfies the functions and effects described later.

The present application is constructed as described above, and outside air from outside A enters the air supply box 1 from the intake hole 4 through the through hole 18 of the sound deadening plate 17', but when the outside air passes through the through hole 18, it is compressed once. Noise is reduced by the so-called "resonant silencing effect," in which the noise is muffled by re-diffusing the air. Experiments have shown that this silencing effect is most effective when the aperture ratio is 50% or less.
Considering that the net used for screen doors etc. does not have the above effect, in this application, the opening ratio is 50% as mentioned above.
The following punched metal, expanded metal, etc. punched plates are used. The noise is muffled by the sound deadening plate 17' and the air enters the air supply box 1. When the air passes through the bent air passage 20, the noise is absorbed and interfered with due to the sound absorption effect of the sound absorbing material 22 and the interference effect of the bending path.
Furthermore, this outside air is silenced again by the sound deadening plates 17, 17'' attached to the front wall 8 side and the top plate 9, and when the air supply hole 13 bored in the front wall 8 is open, this air is When the air supply 13 is closed, the indoor B is supplied from both the supply hole 13 and the air supply hole 13' of the top plate 9. The outside air supplied to B is silenced again by the sound deadening plates 17, 17'17'' and subjected to sound absorption treatment by the sound absorbing material 20.
Most of the external noise is eliminated, and comfortable ventilation can be performed without large noises entering the room B.

Needless to say, when using the ventilation system of the present application, the air supply hole 13 bored in the front wall 8 is opened as shown in FIG. For both reasons, it is desirable to introduce the maximum amount of air for ventilation, and manufacturers are also instructing the correct and proper use as described above. However, as mentioned above, users do not like the outside air coming in and hitting their faces directly, so they often close the air supply hole 13 in the front wall 8 and use fire in an inappropriate manner. In this case, in conventional ventilation systems, the ventilation holes are completely closed, leading to accidents such as lack of oxygen. As described in detail above, in the present application, a large number of air supply holes 13 and 13' are formed in the front wall 8 of one set and the top plate 9 of the other set, respectively, Although the supply hole 13 is opened and closed by the shutter plate 14, the air supply hole 1 of the top plate 9
3' is configured such that it is always open, and the opening area of the air supply hole 13' of the top plate 9 is set so as to supply the minimum amount of air necessary for ventilation. Even in the case of such inappropriate use, oxygen deficiency accidents are prevented because the minimum required amount of outside air is always supplied. Since the air can be ejected directly above the occupant's face, the air will not directly hit the occupant's face and cause discomfort, and ventilation will always occur automatically regardless of whether the user intends to ventilate or not, even if he or she is unconscious. It is.

The present application has the sound deadening plates 17, 17', 1 as described above.
7'' and sound absorption by the sound absorbing material 22, not only can external noise be effectively reduced and comfortable ventilation can be achieved, but also the air supply hole 13' bored in the top plate 9 can be kept open at all times. This prevents oxygen deficiency accidents and prevents contamination of indoor air. Also, by constantly introducing outside air, it promotes convection of indoor air, making the indoor temperature distribution uniform and effective. It can perform heating and cooling.

Note that this application is not limited to the above embodiments,
The most preferable position for the air supply holes 13, 13' is as shown in the drawings, but they can also be formed in other wall surfaces, and the wall surface can be freely selected. Also, the sound deadening plates 17, 17'17'' are designed to muffle the sound twice, but they may be muffled only once, and the mounting position is not limited to that shown in the figure. The purpose can be achieved if it is installed on any of the routes leading up to the entrance. In addition, the installation position of the device of the present application is only shown in the illustration where it is installed on the upper stile 3 of the inner shoji 2, but the installation position can be changed depending on the situation. Furthermore, it is applicable to any type of soundproofing sash other than the double-sliding type shown in the drawings, such as double-sliding, single-sliding, and interlocking.
