あつた。 In conventional brake shoes, the shoe fitting and the lining have mainly been joined to the shoe fitting by bonding or riveting the lining, which has been formed into a desired shape. However, in cases where the shoe fitting is bonded or riveted, the integrity of the shoe fitting and the lining is insufficient, and there is a risk that a gap may be created or play may occur due to vibration or impact during use. In particular, with adhesives, there is a risk of the adhesive deteriorating due to frictional heat and peeling off, and the need to secure a sufficient bonding area increases the overall size, while with rivets, machining is troublesome and the structure is complicated. In any case, it has been difficult to downsize the brake shoe.

てなることを特徴としている。 Therefore, according to the present invention, the lining is directly fixed to the shoe fitting without using any mounting parts such as rivets to improve the integrity, thereby making the brake shoe smaller and lighter and easier to manufacture.
Its structure consists of a shoe bracket made by punching a metal plate and forming a dovetail groove on the top surface, and a wider lining than this is integrally fixed to the shoe bracket at the same time as the lining is formed. It is characterized by integrally covering both sides, which is deeper than the lower part of the dovetail groove.

い。 According to the brake shoe of the present invention constructed as described above, a lining wider than the shoe fitting is formed by punching a metal plate and forming a dovetail groove on the top surface, and a lining wider than this is formed on the shoe fitting at the same time as the shoe fitting is formed. It is fixed as one piece and integrally covers the upper surface of the shoe fitting and both sides deeper than the lower part of the dovetail groove. It has a simple structure, can be made smaller and thinner, and can be made by punching a metal plate. Since the shoe fitting is made of aluminum, it is lightweight and inexpensive, and the production of the shoe fitting, especially processing such as forming dovetail grooves, is easy, making it suitable for mass production. The shoe fitting and the lining are joined together without using any rivets or adhesives, and because the lining is integrally fixed to the shoe fitting at the same time as the lining is formed, the work is very efficient and manufacturing costs can be reduced. Moreover, the bonding force between the two is that the inside of the dovetail groove on the top surface of the shoe fitting and the lower part of the dovetail groove on both sides of the shoe fitting are covered with the lining and fixed together,
A sufficient bonding surface can be secured to achieve a reliable and strong bond, and there is no need for the lining to peel off or create gaps when the brake shoe is used, and there is no possibility of a decrease in bonding force due to vibration, chipping, or breakage. This results in less generation and excellent durability. In particular, the lining
Since the parts deeper than the lower part of the dovetail grooves on both sides of the shoe bracket are fixed together, movement in the width direction is completely prevented even at the dovetail grooves, and the thrust in the width direction is easily applied when the brake is applied. and capable of resisting return work etc. due to the thrust,
This is a preferable product that does not cause inconveniences such as lining cracks. In addition, since a wide lining is joined to the shoe fitting made of a thinner metal plate compared to cast products, the friction area as a brake shoe is sufficiently large, and despite being small and lightweight. It is by no means inferior to conventional products in terms of friction performance.
