円筒形の内栓体との２つの部品で構成されていて
、上記外環体の内周孔内に上記内栓体が緊密に嵌
合装着され、上記正極缶内の異常高圧を受けて上
記外環体と上記内栓体との接合部近傍の一部が弾
性変形してこの両部品の境界面に排気経路が形成
されるように構成され； かつ上記封口ガスケツトと上記負極端子板との
間の空間で、上記排気経路と連通する空間にアル
カリ中和剤が貯留されていることを特徴とする防
