Traditionally, this type of mulching film was categorized into color category 1 and colorless transparent mulching film. Black mulching film.
There is also a green mulching film, but the colorless transparent mulching film has an upper soil temperature but has no weed suppressing effect, and the black mulching film has a weed suppressing effect but has a lower soil temperature! The effect is poor, and green mulching film has good weed control, but there are moth spots on the upper back of the soil]! I! It was not the mulching film I expected. In addition, an anti-fog film was traditionally used as a hotbed film, and in the past, when this film became useless as a hotbed film, it was sometimes used as a mulching film, but this weaving film usually uses green pigment. This is because it damages the mature silk of cultivated plants, so it cannot be used. Even if this film for hotbeds is repurposed and used as a mulching film, it has no weed control effect at all, and the film does not have any elements that can be used with consideration, such as awls or suppressive effects. I couldn't help but get hints about things like restraint.

Furthermore, looking at prior literature, for example, Special 1; ill ll? I
5 8-1 704 1 No. 5 discloses a mulching film technology using an antifogging agent as 1, and on the other hand, there is a description in the publication that pigments can be used if necessary, but it is only possible to use them to some extent. The antifogging agent has a heat protection effect of 1 ruira at low temperatures, and although there is a description of the use of pigments, there is no indication of color, and the technical idea of the present invention is not shown here at all. The mulching film based on the technique shown in 1. still has only 1 q of mulching films with drawbacks.

First, based on the formulation example of Ki 51 Akira, it is preferable that the antifogging agent for the mulching film of the present invention has high antifogging properties at high temperatures, and nonionic surfactants of the sorbitan ester type or sorbitan ester ether type, as well as those of the sorbitan ester type or sorbitan ester ether type. Since the combination U is the main component, it is suitable that the IA number of the necessary fatty acids is 16 to 22.

This shows that the anti-fog properties of general vinyl house films are low temperature uS.
Although it is preferable to use a film with high anti-fog properties, it was discovered and identified that a film with high anti-fog durability at low temperatures is suitable for use in mulch films even if its anti-fog properties are poor. It is something that

Mix in the usual direction according to the formulation shown in Table 1, and the thickness is 0.0.
We created a 5-layer film to ensure the sustainability of the soil temperature retention effect,
Anti-fogging properties were evaluated separately for low-temperature effects and high-temperature sustainability.

As shown in Table 1, the results show that even if the anti-fog property at low temperatures is good, the soil temperature retention effect is not adequate. It has been proven that it has good persistence and is excellent as an antifogging agent for multi-film rivers.

O = Good × = Not good The soil temperature was measured by measuring the maximum temperature at the mouth and the minimum temperature at night of the underground 3CT11 under each film. Therefore, it is understood that the example maintains a high minimum soil temperature. , 1 The present invention is composed of a soft polyvinyl chloride resin composition containing a high-temperature-lasting heat protectant and a green pigment, so it has a good weed-suppressing effect, and by providing protection and protection, it also has anti-fogging properties. Compared to mulch films without mulch, it prevents the film from becoming cloudy due to rapid changes in temperature in the morning and evening, and because it allows sunlight to pass through it well, it stores a large amount of heat in the soil, and is particularly effective in keeping the minimum humidity high at night. In addition, since mulch film is in contact with the ground and is strongly affected by soil temperature, it is used in high temperature and high humidity environments, so the use of a high-temperature-lasting antifogging agent maintains its antifogging properties throughout the day and maintains the soil temperature retention effect for a long period of time. .

Therefore, by covering the soil surface in winter, the root development of crops is promoted and healthy crop growth is promoted. Moreover, since it has a weed suppressing effect, waste of fertilizer nutrients and lifting of mulching film are reduced, and growth is further promoted.
