せる循環路を設けたことを特徴とする磁気ディスク装置

い0また密封室内の圧力差によシ密封室内の空気を循環
させるため、この圧力差により密封室内に流入する外気
量が減少し、外気中の塵埃、有機ガス等によるヘッドク
ラッシェ、ディスクの劣化等が防止される。
