Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a cheap device to obtain efficiency-up, by arranging a plurality of pipe-shaped parts in one line to be fixed in a fixed distance by saw tooth-shaped chuck plates and inserting a cap simultaneously or one by one so as to rationally simplify the device being enabled to insert the cap to be mounted. CONSTITUTION:A device, inserting a plurality of pipe-shaped parts 3 into a guide groove 2' to be arranged in one line and positioning each end surface on the same level, separates the parts in a fixed distance by a separating piece of a parts separating tool 4. Thereafter, the device, clamping the parts 3 by almost saw tooth-shaped chuck plates 8a, 8b to be arranged and fixed in a fixed distance in one line, is constituted so to insert caps 14 simutaneously or one by one. Accordingly, the cheap device can exceptionally perform efficiency-up of mounting work of the cap 14 by enabling the cap 14 to be automatically mounted remarkably rationally simplifying the constitution. While the device, placing an end surface part of each pipe-shaped part 3 to be lined and opposed to the cap 14, has a profitable point which can correspond to the pipe-shaped part 3 even if it provides unevenness in the length.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> Therefore, it is extremely inefficient, and since a considerable amount of pressure is required to insert and attach the cap with a large coefficient of friction, it is forced to be a tedious work and reduces yield. There are bad drawbacks. Therefore, a device that automatically inserts the cap has been devised and has been put into practical use in some places, but this device only automatically inserts the cap into the pipes that are supplied one by one, eliminating the complicated work. Although it has the effect of improving the yield, it does not improve efficiency compared to manual steaming. In addition, there is a strong desire to realize a device that can insert and attach caps to multiple pipes one at a time or multiple at the same time. It is difficult to align and position the device at intervals, resulting in a complicated configuration and a large-scale device, so it has not been put into practical use.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional art and has been made in order to solve the problems. The present invention has a simple configuration in which a plurality of tubular parts such as pipes are positioned with their respective end faces on the same plane and are spaced apart at regular intervals. The object of the present invention is to provide a device for inserting caps for tubular parts, which can align and fix caps in a line and insert caps corresponding to the number of tubular parts simultaneously or one by one. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention arranges and fixes a plurality of tubular components with their respective ends aligned and spaced apart by a certain distance, and then caps are attached to the ends of each tubular component. A positioning device for inserting and attaching tubular parts simultaneously or one at a time, which positions them on the same plane by coming into contact with each end face of a plurality of tubular parts inserted into the guide groove of the guide body and arranged in a line. a component spacing tool in which a plurality of spacing pieces protruding in parallel at regular intervals are inserted between each of the tubular components when the tubular component moves in the diametrical direction; A component alignment holder for positioning and fixing the aligned tubular components by sandwiching them from both sides with a pair of chuck plates each having a substantially serrated cross section and having continuous ■-shaped component holding grooves of the same shape, and a cap. and a component insertion device that grips and moves toward the end surface of each tubular component and applies the cap to the end of each tubular component, respectively.

Effect> With the above configuration, the positioning plate comes into contact several times with each end face of the plurality of tubular parts that are randomly inserted into the guide groove of the guide body by, for example, dropping and arranged in a row and protrudes. The end surfaces of each tubular component are positioned on the same plane, and then a plurality of component separating tools protrude in the diametrical direction of each tubular component, that is, from the sides, protruding from the sides at regular intervals. A spacing piece enters between each of the tubular parts, and with this spacing piece interposed, the tubular parts are separated at a constant interval.Furthermore, a pair of chuck pieces of the alignment holder move close to each other from both sides to separate the two jack pieces. Each tubular component is held and fixed by the letter-shaped component holding groove, and the centering mechanism of these holding grooves fixes each tubular component by arranging it at regular intervals and in a line. The caps are inserted and attached to each end of each tubular component simultaneously or one by one by a component insertion device that moves toward the end surface along the tube axis direction of the tubular component.

<Effects of the Invention> As explained above, according to the cap insertion device for tubular parts of the present invention, after inserting a plurality of tubular parts into the guide groove of the guide body and arranging them in a row, the positioning plate is inserted into each tubular part. position each end surface on the same plane by abutting on the end surface of the component spacing tool, and insert the protruding spacing pieces arranged at regular intervals of the component spacing tool between each tubular component to space each tubular component at a constant interval from each other. After that, the tubular parts are clamped and fixed by a pair of chuck plates having a substantially serrated cross section, and the respective tubular parts are arranged and fixed in a line at exactly constant intervals using the opposing holding grooves of both chuck plates, and the caps are attached to the tubular parts. Since the configuration is such that multiple caps can be inserted at the same time or one at a time, it is possible to automatically insert multiple caps at the same time or one at a time with an extremely rationally simplified configuration, and the caps can be inserted and installed at the same time or one at a time using an inexpensive device. The efficiency of installation work can be greatly improved. Further, since the end face portions of each tube+i component are aligned and the cap is placed to face them, there is an advantage that even if there is some variation in the length of the tubular component 3, it can be accommodated.
