- 鉄箔を囲んでセラミツク材を設け、該セラミツ
ク材の表裏面に耐高温樹脂層を設け、前記鉄箔の
両端に通電加熱用端子を取付けたことを特徴とす
る鉄箔を使用する遠赤外線発生装置。
