との間でボルト軸上に嵌挿された皿ばねと、およ

ね、かつその脚部先端が前記第2のテンシヨンロ
ツドの切欠溝部に嵌り込んでそのパイプ内壁面へ

した状態で前記テンシヨンロツド間にまたがつて
締結ボルトをねじ込み操作し、かつ第2テンシヨ
ンロツドに係合した皿ばねハウジングを基準に皿
ばねに所定の締付ストロークを与えて圧縮するこ
とにより、熱被筒における各締結部でそれぞれ所
定の締付力を得るように構成したことを特徴とす
