- 流体の入口と出口に連通する弁室内の入口との
連通部に弁座を設けると共に、弁を弁座に所定圧
力下で押付ける圧力調整ばねを弁座に対向配置し
て成る圧力制御弁において、圧力調整ばねを弁室
から隔離するダイアフラムを弁と圧力調整ばねと
の間に弁室を仕切つて介設したことを特徴とする
圧力制御弁。
