  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高圧シリンダ１と、その上下開口部が上、下プ
    ラグ２，３を介して密封される高圧室内に、外側
    断熱層４と内側断熱層５を有する気密ケーシング
    ９が挿設され、内側断熱層５の内側に配置された
    加熱要素１４を介して炉室１３内の被処理体１５
    が成形される熱間静水圧成形装置において、 外側断熱層４は高圧室内に設置されており、該
    外側断熱層４にはその外部空間１１と内部空間１
    ２とを連通するガス通路６，７がその頂部側と下
    部側にそれぞれ設けられており、前記ガス通路６
    ，７の少なくとも一方には開閉可能な弁装置８が
    設けられており、 内側断熱層５は気密ケーシング９に囲まれ、該
    気密ケーシング９は下プラグ３に気密に結合され
    て下プラグ３とともに高圧室内に対して挿脱自在
    とされており、 更に、気密ケーシング９側には下プラグ３の挿
    脱時に該下プラグ３の周囲に設けられたシールリ
    ング３３が、高圧シリンダ１の内壁に接している
    状態において、炉室１３と外部空間１１、内部空
    間１２とを連通遮断する開閉自在な弁装置１０が
    設けられていることを特徴とする熱間静水圧成形
    装置。
