- 凸面の各部から超音波ビームを放射するプロー
ブを有するセクタースキヤナにおいて、上記超音
波ビームの放射角度を上記凸面の法線に対して上
記凸面の周辺側へ偏向させ、かつその偏向角度を
上記凸面の中心部分よりも周辺側部分が大きくな
るものとしたことを特徴とするセクタースキヤナ
。
