DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a one-tub dehydrating washing machine, and its purpose is to prevent abnormal vibrations of the main body caused by the outer tub abnormally colliding with the inner surface of the main body due to unbalanced laundry during dehydration. The present invention aims to provide a dehydrating washing machine that can effectively detect the movement of the equipment and stop its operation.

In general, in this type of washing machine, it is desirable that the center of gravity of the outer tub and inner tub, which are elastically supported within the main body, be at the center of the plane, but in a washing machine that performs washing and dehydrating operations with a single motor, the motor etc. The center of gravity changes depending on the fixing position of the heavy object and shifts toward the motor side. For this reason, vibrations during dewatering due to unbalance of the elastically supported outer tank, etc., cause complicated movements, causing horizontal vibrations and vertical vibrations as well. When starting dewatering due to such movement of the outer tank, it is fine if the outer tank lightly touches the main body and stands up, but if there is a strong collision and the product moves, or if the product does not move due to the installation condition of the product, etc. If the product does not start up due to sideways vibration and abnormal vibration, it is desirable to detect this with a safety switch and turn off the motor switch. A conventional example equipped with this type of safety switch will be explained with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3.

Reference numeral 25 denotes a main body, and 26 an outer tank elastically supported within the main body, in which a dewatering/washing tank is rotatably provided. A support portion 27 is provided on the bottom side wall of the outer tank 26, and is elastically supported via a spring 29 by rods 28 from the upper four joints of the main body 25. 30 is a washing/dehydration switching mechanism provided at the bottom of the outer tub 26, 31 is a motor, and 32 is a belt, through which the power of the motor 31 is transferred to the mechanism 30.
and rotates the pulsator or inner tank. Reference numeral 33 denotes a switch operation section installed at the rear of the upper part of the main body 25, and contains electrical components such as a time switch. 34 is a safety switch built into the switch operation part 33; 35 is a sensing lever with one end in contact with the safety switch 34 and the other end protruding close to the upper side wall of the outer tank 26, which removes abnormal vibrations of the outer tank 26; The structure is such that the contact force of the tank 26 is sensed and a safety switch is turned off. FIG. 3 shows the positional relationship between the sensing lever 35, the main body 25, and the outer tank 26. The sensing lever 35 is positioned at a distance C' that is somewhat longer than the distance C between the outer tank 26 and the inner surface of the main body. death,
Even if the outer tank 26 comes into contact with the main body, the safety switch cannot be turned off if the product stands up without moving. However, due to variations in individual components, if the sensor lever 35 is installed closer to the outer tank than the reference position On the other hand, if the safety switch 34 is installed in the opposite direction to the outer tank 26 ( X2 position), the safety switch 34 may not turn off. Furthermore, even if the product is set at the standard position, if the product is tilted forward due to the installation condition, the result will be similar to that of the X2 position, which is insufficient for this type of safety device.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a switch operation section, which is provided at a position slightly separated from the outer tank. 2 is a support plate attached to the switch operation part 1, with the cut-out part 3 on the lower side of the rear end,
The L-shaped rising portion 4 is bent upward at the front end. 5 is a hook part 6 provided at one end and a raised part 3
The sensing lever engages with the hole, and has a sensing portion 9 at the other end that comes into contact with a rib 8 provided on the lid 7 of the outer tank when the lid is closed and whose position is regulated. Reference numeral 10 denotes a pin that passes through the sensing lever 5 at a position close to the hook portion 6, has a retaining portion at the lower end, and is used to hold the support plate 2 and the sensing lever 5 within the dimension L by means of a coil spring 11 and a spring 12 wound around it. It is regulated. 13 is the center support part 14 of the sensing lever and the hole 1 of the support plate 2
5, it has ball parts 16 and 17 at the upper end and the locking position with the central support part 14, and an inertia body 18 that can freely adjust its movement is attached to the lower end. . Reference numeral 19 denotes an operating plate having a hook portion 20 at one end engaged with the rising portion 4 of the support plate 2, which is biased downward by a spring 22 near the operating portion 21 at the other end, and normally resists the spring force. The concave receiving portion 23 that protrudes downward by a distance l comes into contact with the spherical portion 16 and is pushed up. 24 is a safety switch,
The fixed terminal a and the movable terminal b protrude toward the operating plate 19, and the end of the movable terminal b is located at the lower part of the operating part 21, and when the operating part 21 is lowered, contact with the fixed terminal a is cut off.

The present invention has the above-described configuration, and when the lid 7 is closed, the sensing portion 19 is moved upward by the distance y from the free state position (the position indicated by the dashed line in FIG. 3) by the rib 8 and is stopped (as shown in FIG. 3). (solid line position), on the other hand, the pin 10 penetrating portion of the sensing lever 5 has moved upward by x from the specified dimension L. In addition, since the operating plate 19 is in contact with the ball 16 against the spring 22, the fixed terminal a and the movable terminal b of the operating part 21 come into contact and turn on the motor.
It is in a position to be in a state. In this condition, operating rod 1
3 moves from position A to position B, the operating rod 13
The upper end ball part 16 rotates about the ball part 17 on the sensing lever center support part 14 as a fulcrum and comes off from the receiving part 23 of the operating plate 19, so the operating plate 19 falls downward due to the spring force and the safety switch 24 is turned off. . On the other hand, in order to return the safety switch 24, when the lid 7 is opened, the operating rod 13 moves downward with the movement of the sensing lever 5, and the upper end bulb 16 separates from the operating plate 19. In this case, the operating rod 13 returns to the vertical position due to the inertial body 18, etc., and when the lid 7 is closed, the operating rod 13 and the upper end ball portion 16 apply the force of the spring 22 to the receiving portion 23 of the operating plate 19 as the sensing lever 5 moves. Push it up against the resistance and turn the safety switch 24 ON again. Here, the operating distance Y of the operating plate receiving portion 23 is the sensing lever 5
The movement distance of the operating rod 13 is set to be smaller than the moving distance of the operating rod 13, and the operating rod 13 is regulated to a dimension that allows the operating rod 13 to easily return to the vertical direction when the lid 7 is opened. In addition, due to the length of the operating rod 13 and the size of the inertial body 18, the outer tank collides with the inner wall of the main body, and the safety switch 24 is rationally set to OFF due to the magnitude of the impact force when the product moves. You can decide.

As described above, the present invention detects an unbalanced state in a non-contact manner using an operating rod that swings due to the impact force of the outer tank, and rotates the operating plate downward to maintain the operating state of the safety switch. , it is possible to reliably detect an unbalanced state without being affected by the mounting position of the safety switch mechanism or the installation state of the equipment, unlike in the past. In addition, in order to return the safety switch to its original state, open the lid, rotate the central support part downward, and lower the operating rod.The upper end of the operating rod will also lower, and the upper end of the recessed receiver will come back down. Since the operation plate can be pushed upward by contact with the lid, the return operation is easy. Moreover, since the safety switch operates when the lid is open, the safety switch is activated by opening and closing the lid, and the safety switch is also activated. It can also be used for the return operation of the switch, and can be done with a simple configuration.
