筐体外部からサブ基板ユニツトを接続することに
より筐体内部に収納された基板ユニツトと前記サ
ブ基板ユニツトとの電気的接続を行うようにされ
たユニツトシヤーシにおいて、前記筐体外面には
対向する一対の側面板で構成されたサブシヤーシ
が取り付けられており、前記夫々の側面板には、
前記サブ基板ユニツトの側端部が挿入され前記サ
ブ基板ユニツトを前記コネクタに接続する際のガ
イドとなるスリツトが形成され、かつ前記サブ基
板ユニツトに一端が接続された外部回路接続用の
ケーブルを前記サブ基板ユニツトと共に前記スリ
ツトに挿入できるように前記一対の側面板のうち
少くとも一方の側面板はその先端部まで前記スリ
ツトが形成されていることを特徴とするユニツト
