Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は金属芯材をインサートした合成樹脂製
の軒樋に関するものであり、その目的とするとこ
ろは耳部の強度が高く、曲げに対して強い軒樋を
提供するとともに、上記軒樋の製造時における金
属芯材のフオーミングが容易である軒樋を提供す
るにある。

軒樋、2は金属芯材、3はこの金属芯材2に被覆

であつて、金属芯材2は厚みが0.1〜0.3mm程度の
薄鋼板であり、軒樋1の両側上縁の耳部4にもこ
の金属芯材2の両側上縁がインサートされてい
る。そしてこの金属芯材2はこの長手方向の全長
にわたり、長手方向と平行な多数本の溝5が設け
られており、耳部4内にインサートされる両側上
縁においてはこの溝5間のピツチが1mm程度の小
さいものとされ、中央部においては15mmほどの大
きなピツチとされている。軒樋1の各部の曲率半
径とピツチとを対応させて溝5を設けているもの
である。多くの溝5が設けられて耳部4内にイン
サートされた金属芯材2の両側上縁は、その多数
本の溝5によつて波板状となつていて強度が高
く、殊に曲げに対して強いものである。

ングロール9によつて容易に行なえる。

内面側となるようにしていることから、溝を形成
したことによる金属芯材の湾曲で金属芯材は軒樋
としての形状を自己保持することになり、溝のピ
ツチが曲率半径に応じたものとなつていることも
あつて、インサート成形する際の金属芯材の保持
が容易となつているものである。
