動杆7、押圧板9は常時上方への押圧力を受けて
いる。筒管2は内周に突出部2aをおいて等間隔
に条溝2bを形成し、かつ突出部2aの一端は略
中央に段部2cを形成した鋸歯状に構成してい
る。なおこの突出部2aの軸方向の長さは押釦5
の押圧行程によつて決定される。前記条溝2bの
うち4箇は上下方向に貫通させてあり、これらの
貫通条溝2bに作動杆6の周面4箇所に形成した
突条6aを嵌挿させ、突条6aは貫通条溝2b内
を上下に移動する。前記作動杆6の突条6aの下
端および作動杆6の円周上の下端には等間隔で同
一方向への傾斜部6bを形成して回動杆7に等間
隔で設けた突出片部7aの上面に形成した傾斜部
7bに圧接している。また作動杆6はその内周か
ら中心に向けて対向突設した舌片6c,6cを操
作杆3の下側に対向して設けた窓孔3a,3aに
嵌入取付けている。9は押板8を筒体9aに挿通
させるとともに押板8の内側に突設したガイド突
起8a,8aをフランジ9bの外側に形成した切
