Description

【考案の詳細な説明】この考案は冷蔵庫等の引出容器の改良に関する
ものである。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to an improvement of drawer containers for refrigerators and the like.

従来、この種、冷蔵庫の冷蔵室の天井付近に配
設された引出し自在の容器は、容器の両側板の前
後２カ所に突出軸を備え、冷蔵室内の側壁に形成
された摺動溝および天井壁に取付けられた摺動溝
を有する支持部品に対向し、容器の引出しおよび
押入れ時に容器の突出軸部がそれぞれ上記摺動溝
部に摺動案内されて移動可能になつている。そし
てこの種の容器を使用する際、まず冷蔵室扉を開
けて容器を引出し、内部に収容された食品を取り
出す。食品取出し後はまず容器を押入れ、つぎに
冷蔵室扉を閉める動作を行うが食品取出し後の動
作が２段階になる為、使用者によつては容器の押
入れを省略して冷蔵室扉を閉める場合がある。そ
のため容器側板突出軸とこの突出軸に対向する摺
動溝との間に隙間がある為、容器がその隙間寸法
分だけ左右方向に傾く場合があり、傾いたままの
状態で容器を押込まれないまま冷蔵室扉を閉める
と容器が引掛かる形となり扉が閉まらないばかり
か扉を閉める力が強い場合には容器が破損すると

以下図示実施例について本案を説明すると、１
は冷蔵庫本体で、内箱２と外箱３とこれらの間に
断熱材４を充填して構成している。前記内箱２は
冷凍室５と冷蔵室６の上下二室に形成されてい
る。さらに冷蔵室６の天井付近には引出し自在の
容器７が装着されている。９はこの容器７の左右
の側板８の外側にそれぞれ設けた突出軸、１０は
両側板８の後部外側に設けたガイド用の凸部であ
る。そしてこの凸部の高さは容器７と内箱２ある
いは支持部１２との隙間寸法より若干小さくして
いるので、容器７が引出しあるいは押入れられる
場合に突出軸９と内箱２および天井壁１１に吊下
げられた支持部１２の摺動溝１３との間の隙間寸
法による容器７の左右方向のかたむきが修正され
